Let life’s ‘moments’ guide you

Life often and unexpectedly catches us, gives us ‘moments of pause’, must give us pause. Must we not respect these moments and take time to capture the ‘moment’, reflect and see where it takes us? Some ‘moments’ are fleeting and some stop us in our tracks, yet most of us walk on by, regardless. The pace of life is so fast that the life often and unexpectedly catches us and gives us moments of pause, must give us pause. Must we not respect these moments and take time to capture the moment, reflect and see where it takes is? The pace of life is so fast that we regularly miss the Words, Thoughts, Questions, Phrases and Ideas that could take us on glorious, golden paths. We pass them by.

These ‘moments’ are golden because they are an opportunity to let ourselves go within, to look introspectively and draw benefit from the moment delivered by the universe. I learned to capture my ‘moments’ and they took me on a golden path of enlightenment, happiness and success.

The key is to listen, feel and look out for these moments because they cause us, if we let them, to go inside our deeper thoughts and feelings to our TrueSelf. It is from and through TrueSelf that our personal inner genius can communicate with us. From and through TrueSelf we can pay attention to the Words, Thoughts, Questions, Phrases and Ideas which come from this place. Hence we get deeper INNER GUIDANCE from within. You have always known that there is more to you, haven’t you? Your TrueSelf is the more that you know. It is your inner core, it is the gifts that you have within, unleashed. Guidance from the place is truer for you and your life. The good news is that you haven’t got to wait for a moment to happen – you can sit right now and create a ‘moment’ yourself. We can all do this many times throughout our day and reap the benefit of guidance from our inner genius.

You can pause now, say, for at least 10 seconds. Anyone can do this. Stop where you are; pause, be still, go within and ponder what comes to you based upon what you have just read. Allow it to work inside. Only come back from your ‘pause’ when you feel a shift. This is a gateway to TrueSelf. What came to you?
