What have you got to be thankful for?
In the last few seconds whilst beginning to write this message, I have realised that I have so much to be thankful for right now. I am thankful for my family and the wonderful team of people I have around me. I am also thankful for my friends. Right now we can all begin to think and feel what we are thankful for, what we are grateful for and what we appreciate. You can do this right now or you can hold these thoughts throughout your whole day.
In a 10 second moment we can take time to listen to our inner self, to follow our heart and to be lead by our inner passion. However, for most, it takes courage to truly be honest and to follow the messages that come from our inner TrueSelf. I am thankful that we have choices. The choice to be ourselves or not to be ourselves and the choice to follow our inner guidance.
Let’s begin by giving thanks just for today for all that we have in our lives.
